RUN NNK was started by a group of local runners to help support runners and walkers in the Northern Neck, and to promote running and walking as part of a healthy lifestyle.

We welcome runners and walkers of all ages and abilities. Our goal is to provide camaraderie and encouragement to all; and to help competitive runners wish to improve their performance.

We host group runs, informal races, educational and training programs, and social events. We also seek to support community activities and events that promote physical fitness in both children and adults.  Our signature event is the NAPS Earth Day 5K in April 2016.

RUN NNK is a tax-exempt non-profit organization. We obtain our exempt status from our parent organization, Road Runners Club of America. Run NNK is your club. All members are welcome to attend. our monthly  meetings, and we encourage  your participation! Club meetings are generally held monthly. The meetings start at 6 pm and usually end by 7:15.  The upcoming Meeting schedule is listed on the Calendar.
